We  want to provide you with an opportunity to get to know our staff as  well as our firm's values before you meet with us. The following pages  give you an idea of what we're all about. 


Our  core values include teamwork, honesty and accountability while having  FUN. We are not your average boring accounting firm, we are a little  QUIRKY. 


We  service practices from solo practitioners to multi-location practices. Our  largest client has 21 locations and our smallest are stand alone  practices. We can handle a wide variety of organizations.

The  only thing we are disrupting is the idea that your accounting firm  needs to be local. COVID has taught us that the best services are not  always local and we strive to provide the very best services to your  business no matter where you are located.

We started as a result of working with various small businesses. We  quickly discovered that many didn't know how to read or understand what  their financial information was telling them. They also didn't  comprehend how to use that information to grow while increasing  profitability.


Level 2 medical accounting associates have been working in the accounting industry for 30  years with the past 5 years being in the medical industry.  Michelle Lee  holds a bachelor degree in accounting and MBA in finance. She has held  the titles of Director of Finance, CFO and controller in business  ranging from a city municipality to construction to medical. 


 Additional staff have backgrounds in marketing, programming,  health and dental accounting. Special projects staff have dug in and  figured out the PPP related needs of our dental clients and most  recently has taken on ERC projects saving our clients tens of thousands  of dollars. 


We specialize in small business accounting through QuickBooks online. We also work with Sage Intacct and NetSuite.

Michelle Lee

 Michelle has extensive experience from junior level  responsibilities to upper leadership positions. She has completed all  the required CPA experience and education. Areas of experience include:  A/R, credit & collections, A/P, general ledger, month-end close, financial statements, annual budgeting and forecasting, external audit  management, statistical analysis of financial information, fraud and  loss prevention, complex account reconciliation and accruals, inventory  management, payroll processing, and benefits and human resources  administration.  


Michelle has been working in accounting for 30 years, five years  being in the health service related industries.  She holds a bachelor’s  degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. She has held the titles of  Director of Finance, CFO, and Controller in businesses ranging from a  city municipality to construction to medical.  

Staff Skills and Experience

  • 30 years accounting experience, including multi-company   accounting. Five years experience with annual external audits. 15 years   budget, financial reporting, month-end close and cash-flow management,   human resources and payroll experience for up to 250 employees,  payroll  reporting and tax filing, A/R and A/P management, collections,  cash  management payment processing. Five years cost accounting and  three  years manufacturing accounting. Two years fraud and loss  prevention  management.
  • 15 years experience in sales and customer service training.
  • 20 years computer experience with spreadsheets, desktop   publishing, networking, database management, point of sale software,  ERP  systems, and e-commerce site and web construction. Computer  programs  include Expensify, ERP systems, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct,  Word, Excel,  Outlook, FrontPage, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe  Photoshop, Salesforce,  FilemakerPro, and various industry specific  software.
  • Industry Experience: Dental accounting, international shipping,   logistics and forwarding services, government and not-for-profit,   manufacturing and wholesale distribution, retail and e-commerce,   restaurant and hospitality, natural health and supplements,   construction, insurance, banking, mortgage, music production, medical   billing and coding, insurance claims, medical accounting, human   resources, payroll, and real estate rentals.
